Fedor Emelianenko defeated Antonio Rodrigo Nogueira by a unanimous decision. Emelianenko retains his Heavyweight title and wins the heavyweight Grand Prix

- Ikuhisa Minowa defeated Stefan Leko by submission at :27 of round 1.
- Choi Mu Bae defeated Giant Silva by submission at 5:47 of round 1.
- Ryan Gracie defeated Yoji Anjo by submission at 8:33 of round 1.
- Ryo Chonan defeated Anderson Silva by submission at 3:08 of round 3.
- Makoto Takimoto defeated Henry “Sentoryu” Miller by a unanimous decision .
- Rulon Gardner defeated Hidehiko Yoshida by a round unanimous decision.
- Mirko “Cro Cop” Filipovic defeated Kevin Randleman by submission at 0:41 of round 1.

I thought it was pretty good, but wished the Randelman/Crocop fight would have lasted longer, or at least ended with a knock out. ps. Randleman's physique is exceptional... almost BB material.
