Preparing My 2nd Cycle...Looking For Suggestions and Guidance

Hey guys, I've been doing my research and am in the process of putting together my 2nd cycle. I don't plan on running this cycle for a little while as I still need to acquire a bit more of a base. Right now I'm sitting at 165 lbs but only because I had facial reconstruction a little while back and that forced me to not be able to chew for a good while so keeping up with my usual diet was quite hard. Before breaking my zygomatic bone I was in the range of 178-181 lbs.

I have ran a cycle before so I have a little experience with gear but still consider myself a beginner. My first cycle I ran Test Cyp 250mg/wk. For my 2nd cycle I am looking into running some Test E at 250mg/wk with Anavar on the back end.

My goals for this cycle do not include massive bulk. I'm looking for muscle hardness, definition and that "athletic" look while staying agile.

I am also thinking of running some HCGenerate mid-late cycle to help out.

This is what I have come up with so far for a sort of blueprint for my cycle...

1-12 Test E 250mg/wk
8-14 HCGenerate (dosage??)
9-12 Anavar (dosage??) I'm thinking 30-40mg?
14-18 PCT (not sure what to do for this yet…)

As you can see, I need some suggestions and help with the dosage of my cycle supports. Also, at first I was thinking Nolva for my PCT but upon further research I now realize that Nolva would not be my best choice if I chose to run it as a PCT.
I think running the var on the backend will be best to help shred the gains for that athletic and defined look I’m going for. However, I am not sure about the dosage. My research has led me to believe that dosage differs depending on the brand due to the var’s purity. So, do any of you guys have a var that you prefer or have any dosage suggestions for certain ones?
Last but not least, what is considered a good base? I know the more you have the more there is to work with. So I guess what I’m really asking is what is the lightest weight that would be considered a safe starting base. After all, I want to be as safe as can be and do things properly.

Weight: 165lbs (current)
BF%: apprx 12-13
 
you are pretty young and i really don't think you should be considering this right now... you have some really good years to grow naturally... you need to put in the time and effort and i am sure you could get up to 185 with no problem and probably more than that... im am being conservative with that...
 
If you were 178-181 before you should find it very easy to get back up to that weight once you have your diet and training dialed in, you should be able to get what you want naturally, if by your late twenties you want to take things further, you can always reconsider
 
I'm with these guys. You are too young IMO. I recommend waiting to cycle, and since your goal is not to be huge, but a more athletic look, you don't need them anyways. You can achieve what you are after fairly easily without anabolics
