I have completed my PCT for 1st cycle.
Gained 13lbs to 189.6, after pct at 185....didnt manage to maintain all despite eating more than 4000 and less cardio...
I am now trying to plan and prepare for cycle2 starting next year.
I want to gain mass so could anyone recommend a good 2nd cycle for gaining mass?
My first cycle is just 500mg test e for 11 weeks and proviron @50mg for last 5 weeks.
Here's a few options which I am considering:
test e or test p (test is a must)
dbol
deca (i know not for beginner but it's good for mass)
dieselbolan/ helladrol
anavar
I'm thinking of a 12-14 weeks cycle but open to any suggestions.
