Pregnyl life after refigeration

Im sorry if this question has been asked a million times but I am trying to find an accurate answer.

I have Organon pregnyl and after reseraching around I have found sites saying hcg last for 30 days, 60 days and one site states Organon pregnyl once refrigerated last a whopping 10 weeks!

Im at the end of week 3 of my cycle and noticed some testicular atrophy so I mixed up some hcg and administered 250iu's, I plan on running it like this every fourth day.

Now I may run my cycle for 16 weeks rather then 14 (first time with eq im gonna see how it goes) If this is the case I was going to run it for 5 weeks then take two weeks off then re-commence week 11 - 15 to avoid a tolernce to it, either that or up the dose to 500iu's at the latter part of the cycle and stay on with no break.

If 10 weeks is right, there will be no need to crack the last ampule I have of pregnyl (this shits like gold in aus VERY expensive and hard to come by) but I dont want to keep injecting hcg that has lost its potency and at the same time I dont want to can perfectly good hcg after 30 days If its still good.

Nearly every thread i have read states 30 days as the shelf life for reconstituted hcg bro...It probaby best to follow that guidline, 10 weeks sounds way off.

If use Sterile water and reconstituted in sealed vial, 30 days
Significantly less if not in sealed vial
If use BAC water and reconstituted in sealed vial, 60 days
Significantly less if not in sealed vial

I'll use it for 5.5 weeks, that way I know it will still be good and I can share what will be left over with a mate who is running the same cycle as I am

So thats 40 days Ill use it after being refrigerated, after the ill crack the last amp and run it another 5.5 weeks again sharing it with my friend because he cant find prgnyl anywhere!

I'd tend to trust the company's word over a general rule of thumb. Organon says discard after 60 days.

The Organon Pregnyl HCG that I use comes with bacteriostatic water as the diluent. The package insert says *60* days. If you're not using bacterostatic water (not the same as sterile water, by the way) then you need to use it immediately. Pregnyl comes with the diluent.

edited to add: According to the site www.drugs.com — If you are using the Pregnyl brand of HCG, throw away any mixed medicine that you have not used within 60 days after mixing. If you are using the Novarel brand of HCG, throw away any mixed medicine that you have not used within 30 days after mixing. Store Ovidrel prefilled syringes in the refrigerator. You may also store Ovidrel at room temperature protected from light, but you must use it within 30 days. Carefully follow the mixing, storage, and expiration instructions that come with the brand of HCG you are using.
