First off... im new here but some of u may recognize me on the other boards..whats up...
ok NOW for those of u whove competed, know that most people tend to eat rice cakes with jelly as mainly their carb up food..BUT jelly is mainly fructose right? well fructose is the only sugar that doesnt get stored in muscle..it only gets stored in the liver and once the livers stores are filled, it starts to convert the carbs to fat (reguardless of if the muscles are filled or not [Dr. Pasquale]) so hasnt anyone caught onto this? why not carb up with something else? any other ideas? am i right on this or what? (im talking about carbing up the day OF the show)
