i religiously run the N2KTS combined with N2Bulk before workouts and run the muscle replenisher after my session which contains a nice dosage of creatine inside it.
Couple of questions.... So are u taking a shot of protein with your preworkout? Also is it necessary to supplement more creatine on your non workout days? The reason I'm asking is because it's in my PWO and in muscle replenisher. Is it suffient?
Or do I need more creative on my days Off?
