pre-summer season cycle

Ok, so the summer holidays are nearing and looking to get in the best shape possible for july time.

Im wanting to bulk up just a that little more whilst also cutting. I was told to take course of sust/decca now, then closer to the season, do a cycle of test e and winny to shred. What do you think? Advise on cycles would be great.

diet-basic intake of protein carbs, low fat diet
training- 4 times a week

Al I was actually thinking of posting something like this as a spoof but, sadly, incredibly sadly, I was beaten to the punch by someone who isn't kidding.

Honestly, to the original poster, just go out and get a hooker. I mean, that's what you want, isn't it, to get laid?? We all know you wont come within 100 yards of a gym until next summer anyway. Why waste your time, money, and jeopardize your health??

Man you guys are incredible! This my first post in here but I read the forums alot and this is the same shit I see in just about every section when someone new to this game ask a question, you guys rip him up for asking a question that was serious to him. You might have thought it was a joke and it might be to some of you "hardcore" people but if it bothers you that much just dont fucking reply its just that simple! After all this is a discussion forum for lifting, training, gear, etc. and then you scold someone for asking a question, thats retarded!

To the guy that started the post: Dude, just do alot of reading behind some of these guys in here and you will find out who's for real and who's full of shit and then make some decisions on what to do but just like anything else, everybody is diffrent and will react diffrent so what might work for the next man might not work for you. Just do alot of research and more important find a reliable source! Jet

Also, you only train 4 times a week while on? please. I train atleast 6 days a week while on and when off i train for 5.

Some people just dont get it. It doesnt matter how much roids your own but what matters is what you eat, how you sleep and how much you train.
 
lol! this entire forum is an absolute joke! ive been trainin for 6 years..on off gear. I DO use it responsibly, i DO understand, i am NOT askin the question to get laid and i do understand the risks and for some of u HARCORE HEDS to turn around and call me a retard imo is fuckin disgusting! im surprised people actually use this forum for help with some of the shit you 'experienced lot' throw at them. You all started out in the exact same position, at least have the maturity to not stab any noobs who ask a question!

All i am after is info on the best pre summer/autumn cycles and the best gear for this! screw your fuckin heads on before calling people retarded!!!

Just read bro, read read read , I have been here since last summer reading daily , training daily , and I am STILL making mistakes and have lack of knowledge in most parts. Just do your research...

Welcome aboard bro, alot of people come on the board to play... stay on and read and get to know people and before long, you will learn alot from EF. Ive been here off and on since 2003 and the site has a wealth of knowledge.. Good Luck in your endeavors..

Let me be the first to not apologize. Read the first post. It shows he has absolutely no idea what he's doing or talking about. And anyone that "wants to get in the best shape for summer" should not be using drugs. Why? Because this proves that they are not training for the right reasons. Bodybuilding drugs are serious, it's nothing to fuck around with. That's why some of us more serious trainers get pissed when these young kids come on here asking about their winstrol/anavar cycles right before summer. What's more, the fact that you're willing to take drugs that will adversely effect your health only for a few months lets us all know that, as I said before, we won't be seeing you in the weight room come Labor Day.

You dont have to prove yourself to anyone here. Just do some research before you ask stupid questions. We are all here to help one another. But I personally dont offer help to lazy people who won't want to help themselves. A good example of what I'm talking about is his diet. He has no idea in that department, and that, not drugs, is the deciding factor in how you will look. If you don't know that, as far as I'm concerned, you don't know shit.

There is no real reason to train. I mis-spoke. What I meant to say is that if you use AAS to just get in shape for summer it's just a big joke. And I could care less, the proof will be in the pudding when the summer's over, these posers pay no attention to PCT, they'll be soft, fat, and perhaps have some nice gyno. And of course, they probably wont be in the gym anymore.

I'll be the first to admit that I'm an opinionated prick. No secret there. But it's because I'm passionate about this sport. It's a lifestyle that I and MANY others live every day. And some of us take offense to posers who come on here and try to get a quick fix for summer. The core of this sport is dedication, perseverence, and determination. People like the original poster obviously have none of the above. And I'm not jumping to conclusions. Again, just read the post. No knowledge about diet. He was "told" to take a course of sust and deca?? Gimme a fucking break.

I'll be the first to share everything I can to educate, help, and encourage other people. I'm in no way perfect and neither is my physique. But again, I take this sport very seriously, and have no respect for the summer time juicer crowd.
