Hello all,
I was wondering, in one of my pre race supplements I have a large amount of vitamin b (one of the types has 1000%+) And my intra-workout supplement also has a lot of b vitamins. Will I overload? I mean right now, because I'm going to do a really hard run and I'm taking it, and then I'm lifting tomorrow using the intra-workout supplement. I was wondering mainly because I wanted to use the pre race as a pre workout too.
