pre meet eating?

The last meet I did I was drop dead tired right after bench pressing { I was eating off and on through out the day } . My question is what are you guys eating the week previous and the day of the meet? { I am on the top of my weight class now and am not looking to go over }Thanks
 
What you eat on Thursday and how you sleep Thursday night is more important that on Friday. I eat lots of oatmeal with honey in the mornings, eat bananna's throughout the training/contest day, drink lots of gatorade and pedialyte, and I even chew on glucose tabs a lot.

Also...you probably need to work on your conditioning, especially if you are exhausted after a certain point.
