Does anyone know of a site,book,organization, etc... I can go to in order to get a great precontest diet? If not, where did you go, or what did you do? Thanks in advance for any feedback....Fire
I'm looking for about 12-14 wk. out... this will be a "trial" period in which I will be trying to learn exactly what my body needs to lean out. This way I can bulk the remainder of this year and then prepare for a show next spring sometime. I always like to be prepared and this seems to be the best way out. Thanks for the PM, TheReal...Fire
