I am interested in possibly doing a show sometime next year. However, I'm going to test out some things this year, so when the time comes to bulk, then cut, I've learned the proper way. So I'm looking to see if anyone can help me design a 15-20 wk cutting diet starting Jan. 1. At that point, I will have the rest of the year to put on some quality mass and cut next spring.

If you have any ideas let me know, if not maybe someone could point the way. I already know how to put on lots of quality mass. This time last year, I was 235 and roughly 12%. I just dont have a damn clue how to cut. Thanx
