Hey guys here's the start for my training log as suggested by some of you guys.
I started working out seriously back in 2020, I had my ups and downs going from 323lbs to 230lbs, and back up to 290lbs and now currently at 259lbs. Life has changed a lot during the last 6 years. From being single to getting married and starting a family. I'm finally in a good place financially and mentally so I'm committed to blowing up my lifts this year!
In September of 2023, I started on trt since my levels were at 145 (yikes). I started feeling better not to long after and since then I've used plenty of different stacks like anavar, deca , tren and so on. I just came off a 6 week cycle.

Enclomophine 12.5mg/ MWF
Mixture of Daily Vitamins
Magnesium Glycinate-240mg/1x day
Going to take some time off while I wait for bloods to get back. In the meantime I'm going to start a bridge block before hitting the hypertrophy phase of my program.
Today's entry will recap yesterday's workout, plus calorie and nutrition intake. In the future I plan to have these out the night off.
Sunday 1/11/2026
Nutrition
C-350 P-267 F-80 Calories- 3200
Workout SBD day Bridge
Barbell Squat
245lbs 4x6 RPE 6
Barbell Bench press
225lbs 5x6 RPE 6-7
Pause Below Knee Deadlift
315lbs 4x6 RPE 6-7
Farmers Carry
250lbs 30 yards EMOM/ 6 minutes
Nothing impressive, squat and deadlift are starting a bit over 50% of my all time maxes. Bench is in a weird spot right now with my injury but it's getting better. Plus lifting using RPE and RIR will need some getting use to after not doing that kind of training in over 2 years. Attached last sets of SBD on sunday plus some feats of strength that I've accomplished over the last 2 years so people don't think I'm a little bitch.
