Posting videos-Video capture card or digital camera?

Are you guys that post videos using a video capture card to capture it from your 8mm camera or are you using digital video camera?

I have a digital 8mm camera and run it into my computer through my ATI video card...

That is about all that I know how to do though..lol..

if your video camera is analog - all you need to get is a Geforce 4 ti4200 video card with VIVO feature (Video in, video out) inexpensive relatively speaking, and will digitise anything you put into it, good for games too

You can use it as a digital video recorder too!

No 160USD I think, you can also get cheaper variants with VIVO if games playing are not a priority

ah i just asked my brother, he said it was 300 when it first came out. now its like 125 in seattle where he lives. but i live in alaska so its prolly more

Look on ebay. I build computers and built this one I am on now. You can get brand new stuff dirt cheep on ebay. Just do a search for ti4200 and see what you can find.
