I'll start it off...
Whey protein(35) grams(Designer)
8 fl oz. of powerade, 70 energy calories, maltodextrin is in it(HIGH GI).
Hour later, grilled chicken.
 
damn thats about what i do,
as soon as I set the weights down I grab a post training portein shake with maltdex. in it made by proteinfactory.com
then 45min later I have 1-2 chicken breasts and a glass of milk or what ever...:)
 
Mmmmm Steak and eggs!

Ok...protein with Glut-pep and creatine, and within an hour, usually steak (top sirloin) and eggs (1 yolk 6 whites).
 
100g maltodextrin (93g carbs) , 25g P from Whey Concentrate (80%). 30mins-1hr later, topsirloin , broccoli or other vegetables, and a low gi carb.
 
Yeah it's in fact an overload. I should get 80g because I weigh around 82kg (going up) but I round it off because it is so much easier with the measuring cup i have. I usually take a bit off, but from what I understand you are getting too little. how many carbs in that powerade? 10?

try getting 1g per kilo of bw.
 
I usually slam a protein shake right afterwards to make sure that I am feeding my muscles. Then after about 2 hours I will eat a solid meal. I have the shake right when i'm done because I don't want to curb any fight burning that I might have sparked while I was working out.
 
25 g whey protien, 2 tbsp of honey, 5 g of creatine, and 5 gram of l-glutamine, and 24 oz of water. about an hour later 1 chicken breast and 1 cup of oatmeal with a little brown sugar for soem taste. seems to work good for me. im gonna try to get some dextrose thoguh instead of the honey, also hey blood can i get maltodextrin at a store like gnc?
 
5g of creatine with grape juice after workout.half an hour later 1 scoop of prolab whey protein with milk :D
 
Right after workout:
2 scoops Biotest Surge
1 hour later:
1 Cup Fat free cottage cheese
1 Bannana
1 Cup Kashi cereal
 
1 Big whey shake in water- 35gm protein/ 7gr carbs..

1hr later- 1 banana or apple

2hr later- one promax bar- 20 gr protein and another shake...=50gr...

I stick to this religiously..
 
twin labs' MASS FUEL:

loaded with carbs, I believe maltodextrin and protein and vitamins and minerals. Mix three scoops with three cups of milk, blender, and down it. Good for about 700 calories or so.
 
today I had Mass action hmb (metrx), a scoop of optimum whey, a can of baked beans, and an hour later some eggs and a banana and glutamine!:)
 
I always go to baskin robbins and get some non-fat, non-sugar icecream or yogurt to make my insulin spike....then I go home and slam down a protein shake. 100% absorbtion!!!!
 
I mix it in the cottage cheese it is good it gives it some crunch I also sometimes throw some splenda in too.
