Post your post-cycle training and diet regime...

Just curious what everyone else does really. Here's what I'll be hitting in a week: Will keep calories at a little under what they were before, keeping protein fixed (400g daily). I'll cut training back from 5 days to 4 as well as sets, namely:
bi's - 5 sets
tri's - 5
forearms - 4-5
back - 10
chest - 9
shoulders - 8
quads - 9
hams - 5-6
calves - 5
I'll change up exercises as well, except keep squats and deads as they are. Will aim for cardio 3 times a week on off days. Uh, that's what I do. What do YOU do?
 
WRITE DOWN YOUR DAMN POST-CYCLE PLAN OR I'M COMING AFTER YOU AND YOURS. I will start taking down names of guys on the board now soon. At least please comment on my plan.

cardio??please i went down to 3% one time without cardio or a good diet...iam always at low bf%...so i might do it once a week if i get the time to for about 20-30mins max....if i have to start doing it i will then
 
Jackass. "I'm a god so I don't need your fucking piddly cardeeeoooo!" Sorry, just had to get that off my chest. I usually stay pretty lean as well (12% is high for me), but 3 % without cardio is ludicrous.:D
 
bro when you at already low bf% its not that hard...my bro is at 3% and he just juices he is at 180pounds ripped..if some people cant do it dosent mean others cant....
 
Damm brutha! 3% bodt fat is insane. I do cardio 4-5 times a week and can't get it to some close to that

Dam bro..How tall are you ? With those stats you should seriously think about competing. You are still young and if you keep it up you will be a MONSTER within your early 20's and killing in the comps

iam about 5 feet 10...shoulders/traps are my best bodypart and arms are great too..my back is great iam widddde...shoulder cuz of that...and my legs are good too but my calves suck..kind of lol..and my chest there looking much better....hey "MUS_18" check your mail in a few...

I am 6'1" and weight about 221-223 right now. I am not sure of my body fat, it is lower then before but still to high. The large amount of Test was killer cause it put some estrogen fat deposites on me, the Fina was just plain awesome though and I have about 1 week left. If I find Anavar for a good enough price I will do 30mg/Day taken all in the morn as a 8 week bridge into my next cycle.
