17-17.5" when I flex it back... I just started hitting my neck again HEAVY as fuck so itll be a lot bigger in a few months... Just gimme some time boys... :D

What exercises preferentially (or at all) hit the neck? The only one I can think of is lying down on a bench and having your training partner put a towel or your head and apply resistance as you push with your head for reps. I don't do this due to the fact that it looks bizarre. The only thing I do for neck is raise my chin during barbell shrugs and try to pull my shoulders back (not sure if I described it right). Deads have also made my neck sore, though rarely. Anyone got any good tips?
