Figure people'd be all over this thread? My favorite workout is bi's and tri's. It looks a little something like this:
Barbell curls
Nose-breakers
dumbell curls
push-downs w/ the roap
Hammers
Close grip bench
Concentration curls
All exercises are 2 sets each for 8-12 reps per set. I do them REALLY slow (i.e. HIT training). 2 second concentric, 4 second eccentric. To failure. This workout usually takes me about 45-75 minutes.
Then I spend about another 15 minutes in the locker room flexing in the mirror, of course. So total....90 minutes.
Of course my workouts vary often. My favorite exercise I did not put in there because I do not do them right now, because my gym sucks. It is kick-backs, using the cables with the ropes. Awesome isolation for the end of a workout, when you want to work each arm seperately.
