im interested in seeing some fellow member workouts, ive been overtraining and im gonna start back from square one to make sure i dont fuck myself again.
 
Figure people'd be all over this thread? My favorite workout is bi's and tri's. It looks a little something like this:

Barbell curls
Nose-breakers
dumbell curls
push-downs w/ the roap
Hammers
Close grip bench
Concentration curls

All exercises are 2 sets each for 8-12 reps per set. I do them REALLY slow (i.e. HIT training). 2 second concentric, 4 second eccentric. To failure. This workout usually takes me about 45-75 minutes.

Then I spend about another 15 minutes in the locker room flexing in the mirror, of course. So total....90 minutes.

Of course my workouts vary often. My favorite exercise I did not put in there because I do not do them right now, because my gym sucks. It is kick-backs, using the cables with the ropes. Awesome isolation for the end of a workout, when you want to work each arm seperately.
 
Calves
a whole bunch of different stuf everytime I do them, this keeps them confused and they must grow to adapt and overcome the constantly confusing overload I inflict upon them.:confused:

Notice this Board is titled 'Anabolic Discussion Board'. I wonder why George did it that way? Maybe so it doesn't clog up the board? you think maybe?

Bump...I want to see some of the anabolics bros' workouts! I figured this thread would have stayed at the top longer.
