Post workout shake for cutting

Hi guys,

i've just come off a bulking cycle and am now cutting. Due to my schedule, i have to do my cardio immediately after my weight training. I want to lost fat but as little muscle as possible.

For my pre workout shake i take in whey and dextrose and creatine
For post workout it's the same.

is this ok, or should i take the post workout shake at the gym after i do the weights but before i do the 20/30 mins of cardio?

as it is, my weights take about 50 mins to 1 hour.

You can try an egg-white+ whey shake, mixed with UDO's choice oil. I suggest you stick to the routine you have and do cardio right after training - maximum fat-loss.

Thanks, so do you mean i should continue just to take a post workout shake AFTER the weights and cardio session then?

I would assume you'd want to have your pwo shake after your cardio, but waiting a few minutes. Otherwise you'll be all bloated on the machine and also you'll be burning what you just injested, correct me if i'm wrong anyone.

correct :chomp:

Mr.X, should he decrease his simple carb intake in those shakes or still keep them high with the protein? (if he does 30mins cardio after lifting)? I've always kinda stayed away from post lifting cardio as i thought it might hinder muscle repair not getting my shake in asap.
