post workout food

this is prob been asked before but what is the best food or drink to do after a workout for muscle mass and why? and how soon after?

i read that whole article and didnt see anything about a certian food...? i did learn that, a high carb/protien drink, with low to medium amount of protien, is good though. is there a anything in whole food or juice thats good is what i was trying to ask? i drink 2 protien drinks a day, morning and after lunch and have to force them down. thanks
 
liquid form is going to be a much better choice post workout. You should eat a real meal in the morning, and save the shake for post workout.
 
A sweet potato pwo is good.. if i'm not mistaken.
Someone can correct me if i'm wrong, but for whole foods I think something like this would be good:
Fruit Juice immediately after workout(Amino Vital if you can afford it, tastes great and contains your aminos and things as well).. like 20 mins later have some chicken or tuna or other high protein meat and a sweet potato.
