I did alot of sets for squats last week, more than usual and I ended up with this annoying pain that shoots through my whole left leg. The only thing different about that leg workout from the norm was that I rested less, stretched less inbetween sets, and altered my stance every few sets.
Now at random times my knee starts feeling like I am forcingly stretching it beyond my range of motion. It is not sore, but a different pain. A friend told me it might be nerve related, but I am uncertain.
Even walking down stairs, or getting into a car is a nuisance. I know this was most likely caused by my ignorance of stretch and rest, but now that this pain's here, is there anything I can do to help it? Should I just wait it out or ice it for the time being?
I appreciate your help.
