your hormones are still off balanced. It can also be that with your cycle (tbol especially), you gained fat and put it on there. I have had this puffy syndrome after my cycles and for the most part, it usually went away. Gyno can be a hard lump or it can just be a puffy look also. keep running the pct for a while (up to 6-8 weeks to clear it up - but others chime in incase I'm going to long on 8 week mark) and maybe bump the letro to 2.5.
How is your body fat btw? You could have put on fat with the test, cuz tbol doesn't really aromatize. Or , if you're diet was too high in calories/fat...could have put it on. I know most will say 350 is nothing for a test cycle, but 200mgs a week will put 10lbs on me. I tend to bloat with test resulting in the puffy look. Run your pct and then come off and don't do any cycles for atleast 6 months. It should clear by then, but if you get back on right after your pct / it's going to continue..gl
