Db Tricep extension 2 sets of 35 at 15 reps 3 sets of 50 at 8 reps
Db bench press 1 warm 4 sets of 7-8 reps at 60lb
Db decline bench 4 sets of 10 at 60lb
Db pullover 4 sets of 8 at 50lb
Db shoulder press 1 warm 4 sets of 8 at 50lb
Db incline bench 5 sets of 7 at 50
Db decline fly 4 sets of 10 at 35
Db rear felt raise 6 sets of 10 at 20lb
Decline sit ups 3 sets of 15 1 set of 10

Travel day tomorrow and Thursday. Have dinner mtg tues or wed so will be rest night. Other than that should stay on track. I will get fats back up, seems like they are easy to forget especially on weekend when my routine is off.
