I've had the same symptoms from t400 so bad my ass cheek has swollen so big it was awkward wearing pants and it didn't subside for over a week and the same with my delt.
If your only using the delts you may wanna try the glutes also it could be potent gear or contaminated.
Mine gave me great results and sometimes I would have no issues so I chalked it up as being overdosed I know t prop is know for being painful.
You could cut it with some sterile oil or even deca if you have any on hand and see if that works but I've been throught the same thing fever and all I was even taking anti inflammatory pills to help with the swelling.

Like you said no pain no gain....and with what I gained in six weeks I will take the pain...so I say now...lol

Hey guys,
I thought I would drop a lilne on this topic as I myself have dealt with the pain, swelling, fevers etc etc. First of all, I am not a doctor, this is NOT medical advice. Im just a young guy that likes to train and run a little gear once in awhile to get my gains and strength. That being said, I have used propionate in the past with little pain, it was there but not pronounced as it is now using some new UGL stuff I picked up from a buddy that has a good reputation for selling good clean sterile stuff. I am currently on my 11th injection of T400 by a local lab that goes by the name of Spectrum Pharmaceuticals. Each ml in this 10 ml bottle contains 100 mgs of testosterone Cypionate, propionate, deconate, and iscoproate totalling 400mgs of gear per cc injection in ultra refined grapseed oil.
Now for the purpose of this post I am not going into the details of the benefits of the gear, which so far have been as advertised, I am just going to discuss the pain and side effects. The first two injections were about as painful as I have ever had. I injected through the thigh both times (different legs) and both times i could barely walk, got a fever, and had a lot of redness and swelling. I worried to death that it would not go away and that I would have to go to the doc. However, the pain subsided after 5 days, along with the redness and swelling. The fever only lasted a full 24 hours and was a very low grde fever, but still enough to make you feel like you would be in the begining stages of the flu. This same process has continued for all the injections however after the 5th injection I woke up and realized it was time to start HEATING THE GEAR by extracting it into the syringe, recaping it, then running it under scolding hot water for about 20 seconds. The plastic of the syringe heats up, and creates a heat transfer to the gear inside the syringe. As always, the injection site was cleaned and sterilized using a cotton swap and rubbing alchohol and the area where I was doing the injection, the bathroom counter, was also clean, (but I would not say sterile of course). So that being said, after heating the gear and injecting very slowly, about a 15 second count, the pain was still there but no where close to what it was before. And the fever was still there but only for a day. The big difference was les pain, less swellings and less redness.
Now, I just recenly followed the same steps as before, and I have a huge lump about 2 inches below my delt where I injected and prefer to inject. It is red, very hard, warm to the touch, and painful. It seems that some of that oil, that has a hell of a lot of gear in it, has amassed in a single location and is indeed causing servere irritation. At no time have I had to go to the doc or worry becuase it always goes away. Where am I going with all this? The bottom line is any time you put a foreign substance in you body, your body;s natural defenses will try to fight it. As long as you were sterile with you injection methods and have sterile gear from a supplier that you trust, there is a 90% probablitiy that your body is just dealing with the side effects of taking in a lot of a certain chemical that it is not use to receiving. It's stressfull yes, worrisome, of course, but if you want to roll with the big dogs, this is the price to pay.
After injecting always hop right into a scolding hot shower for about 20 mins and using a bar of soap for lubrication, massage the shit out of the area. Then do it again later in the day or next morning. Keep the area warm to allow the viscosity of the oil to stay thin allowing for it to flow freely through your muslces and dissipate. You will still get a light fever, and a little soreness, again, your injecting a foreign substance into you body, but dont freak out when these things occur, its all normal and the benefits are very rewarding. If after 4 days you do not see SOME inprovment, then keep a close eye on it and look for any indication of the area subsiding in pain, redness or swelling, even if it subsides just a litte, but does not go away for 7 days, thats still ok. You are looking for an IMPROVMENT. Again, it's critical to know that you are getting gear from a trusted source and are being sterile while injecting, this helps to put you at rest knowing that it is more than likely not an infection, although you body may be fighting it like it is. The biggest cause for this is that the oil that carries the test is amassing in a single area generally and creating a " hardening" effect. Some may think they have an absyss, sterile or non sterile, but do not rush to conclusions. Be judicious in deciding when and IF to seek medical attention. But in my expereience, its all part of the game. Putting this stuff in your body is not childs play and you must know what you can handle.
I'm sorry for the long post and if any medical professionals on this board want to add to or correct me on anything I have said please do. I am just offering up my two pennies here to help some of you guys out with the pain associated with injecting Propionate, especially in large quantities. Have a great day yall!

Good stuff... I am going through something almost identical to this right now. Injection site looks great in fact doesn't have any evidence of a pin at all. But closer to where the femur meets the hip there is some soreness almost bubble like.. Im guessing this is the body's reaction to the oil and not so much an the result of an infection.
Good to get some reassurance.
