Ive read that u are supposed to lower your total amount of sets when just coming off of a cycle. when I was on my cycle I was doing 4 sets of everything so would I drop it down to 3 sets??? and how long should I do this for? please help me out!

how many total sets are you doing per body part ...that is whats important ....I only do 6-10 either on or off cyle am on right now ...yesterday did shoulders ...
Military 225x10 245x6 225x8 225x8
sidelaterals 35x10 40x8 40x8
dumbell shrugs 95 x12 95x 12
BTW I weigh 250 solid LBS
I will post a picture from yesterday ...but as i am not nor will I ever be a Platinum member I don't know if it will work or not
so do u think 3-4 working sets per exercise is to much regardless if im on or off a cycle? for shoulders I do a total of 14 sets,back 13 sets, chest 11 sets, arms not enough (and have a leg injury so no legs right now)

It depends on what makes you grow bro... Some people grow of 1-2 sets, some people grow off 3-4, or even 5 on some exercises (not all)... I would say you should find what works for you and stick with that...
