no you are talking BS - BTW i gained 40lbs in a yr 190 to 230 while dropping BF (20 to 15), CLEAN & NOT AT A LOW (NEWBIE) STARTING WEIGHT - i'm also 5'10" - not the largest frame, with slightly ecto shitty indian genetics (how many indian bodybuilders/athletes have you seen) ... that avi is a little old (and a got little distorted when i resized making me look a little wider, i'm not going to resize it again to prove anything to guys like you) ... i've leaned up slightly since then and will probably lean up some more before i go on a cutting cycle maybe after december. i'm not saying everyone can gain exactly like that, but it's mostly possible - for someone who's been around on these boards since 02 you should know better than that. sure, i'm fat, so what - you bulk while gaining fat, then you lose it... very old trick. he started out at 150 (as a
NEWBIE)(so 30lbs in that first yr with a little fat (admittedly) should have been possible clean too unless there's something seriously wrong with him. getting FAT is the only way to get big - there's no such thing as muscle gain without fat gain. BTW he did mention that at 183 he was fat (at least he needed to cut in his eyes) - so it wasn't like 33 lbs in 3 yrs (some of which were newbie gains may i remind you) was fat free.

all i'm saying srf, and i'll say it again, you do need to re evaluate. how old are you? remember now that you're 200, you need to start eating much more to maintain, let alone bulk up some more from here.
