Post cycle help

What actions should I take toward the end and after a cycle. What stuff should I take. Clomid or nolvadex. Should I decrease dosage amounts or should I just quit cold turkey. I read somewhere that reducing dosage won't do anything.
Please give me some insight.

I had a simple cycle
Dbol 30mg/day 6 weeks
Deca 300mg/week 8 weeks

i usually take nolv the whole way through a cycle. some people only take it when noticing puffy nipples water retention. clomid is usually taken 2 weeks after last injection. alot of it depends on the dose you are taking.

These days people generally do not taper their doseages. Pyramiding and tapering is stricktly old school. As for clomid. People generally run it like this:

day 1 300 mg
day 2-11 100 mg
day 12-21 50 mg.

I personally do not use deca but a lot of guys who do run clomid for an extra 7 days @ 50 mg because it shuts you down so hard. I am not exaclty sure of the timing for beginning clomid when using deca but I believe it is 3 weeks after the last injection of deca (A DECA USER CAN CLARIFY)

So you take Clomid for 21 days?

Most of the cycles I've seen only show doing it for two weeks after a cycle. Then the recommended daily dosages don't exceed 250 mg on the first day and 50mg every day thereafter.

Taking it for an extra week seems like a reasonable precaution, but wouldn't taking such high dosages make some people more susceptible to dizziness, nausea, and stomach cramps which are some of the more common side effects of Clomid?


Ditto on taking Nolvadex "during" your cycle not after.

many people do not use or believe in using clomid. Of those that do this 3 week method that I outlined seems to be the most popular one. It is the one that I personally use. Reactions to clomid vary from person to person. I tend to get a little blurred vision in the beginning of clomid therapy.
