what would you rather have; zits and being a little sesative, or having to go on permanent test therapy because your natural test levels never regained equilibrium? oh, and don't forget a loss of gains because of that.

Clomid is not going to determine if you will need HRT for the rest of your life. Clomid just speeds up recovery it does not determine if you recover or not. Yes, Nolva will speed up recovery and so will Arimidex. Nolva works for me a hell of a lot better then clomid, I just don’t respond to clomid well. Your body will recover with out a anti E it will just take longer. Permenant HPTA damage and anti E’s for recovery should have no correlation but I would love to be proven wrong. I have had many talks with my endo regarding anti E’s so this is just word of mouth form my doc

what about natural supps like zinc,tribex,tribulus,creatine. these would help would'nt they....at least you would not get zits or emotional probs with these?

No, they will not speed up HPTA recovary. I once brought up tribulus to my endo and he bascically laughed............I would say if that was your plan expect a crash

The only thing that will bring HPTA back is time. You can cut time down with anti e's but time is the key factor. If you dont like clomid use nolva but use something.........

hmmmm...i have read many cases where clomid is superior than other anti-e's for HPTA recovery. Hence, why it is the norm. But that's just word of mouth too, and from a hell of a lot of mouths

word of mouth is a good way to get info we all do it. In this case I have word of blood work and Nolva brought my Free T and totall T levels up much higher then clomid. Different strokes for different folks I guess. they both do the same thing they just bind to different sights actually Nolva and clomid are very closely related.

Could one just decrease the dosage and/or time on clomid to minimize the negative side effects? Would it still help kickstart the HPTA?

How did the magnitude of muscle loss compare from when you changed from clomid to Nolva?...if you can make that comparison (most other factors being the same).
