I don't mean to trash anyone's post, all good suggestions. Here is my theory. I'm on HRT #1. #2, I'm a recovering drug addicted (got addicted to painkillers from my friggn doc) went to rehab July 30th at 145lbs and 6'2 when I graduated from college I was 240 and a DE, solid prob. 12%.
I've recovered, thank the GOd and I train harder mnow than I ever have in my life. No more of this 3 hour sagas, it's short (60mins max), and intense. No cardio until my weight gets back up, so I use this nightly feeding as a treat #1, as post workout nutitrion #2, and as a reward for staying sober today. It's Halloween and I'm sitting at 185 and prob. 12-13%. I still see my obliques amnd am in now way fat. When I get to 200ish, I'll def. rethink my goals, but just putting 225 back on the bench from 135 and pumping out 5 solid rest pause reps, it just feels good. So, it's a clean cheat I guess every day of the week, I never stray nor cheat in any other way, so it's prob. balanced with a lot of splurgers. My diet is oats, chk, turkey,tuna,ww bread, veggies, splenda, coffee, skim milk and ff cc. THen the popcorn, almonds, low carbbars, peanuts, and hommeade sf hot cocca.....tis all and I feel pretty good.

Oh by the way, sorry, I do get nightly cc low carb bars and skim/soy milk,,,,,so I def hit my protein!
