POP CORN , Air Poped

yes i know what you say in fact ,, i do my best to write good englich :)

but i thought pop corn good sourcse for carb
Glycemeic index = 55

Air popped popcorn is YUMMY! I still use the same damn air popper I brought w/ me to college back in 1985... (wait, did I say "85".... never mind). I dont' even put butter on it because butter doesnt' seem to like my skin very much. I actually just spritz it w/ some water and put the salt on it. Two problems with air popped corn:

1) You can't just eat "1 cup" of it
2) After a whole bowl, my digestive system rebels against me the next day for the carb load. The salt doesn't help w/ the bloated feeling either.

well, ...

3) I have to literally fight my cat for each kernel because he's a salt fiend.

Otherwise its not so bad w/ a good movie :)

i Like My Pop Corn w/ Splenda
Some time w/ Hot Souce

i don't thought Pop corn Is bad !

Pop Corn 1 cup = 5 gram carb + .5 gram fat +.8 protein
ok lets say you eat 5 cup = 25 carb + 2.5 fat + 4 protein

and pop corn also low in G.I "55"

I dont see this bad food is i'm right ?

thanks

Nope - not bad if you aren't keeping a strict watch on your carbs. Generally "watching" your carbs you are definitely Ok. "Bad" food is always relative. But its certainly not a "bad" food.
