What would be the one food you would choose to eat for the rest of your life if you had to choose only one and why? Why do you think it would be the best choice, health and heart reasons, musscle recovery, most protein, most all around value, least fat etc etc etc.
 
For strength I prefer lean ground beef. So Steak, if I can grind it.
Skim milk wasn't listed, which is my #1 source of protein, because it's cheap, easy to consume, and loaded with nutrients.
 
one food for bodybuilding?
i agree with powerbuilder..... except i would go with 1% milk.

contains all macro-nutrients...... fat, carbohydrates and protein.
full of micro-nutrients as well
( milk has glutamine rich muscle building protein)
 
Why no chicken? I mean you can prepare so many ways as well as pretend it's all the things that supposadly taste like chicken.

I could have frog legs, rattkesnake, turtle, or whatever else supposedly taste like chicken. LOL
 
It would have to be 1% milk with cows grass fed, as this is the only food that provides decent macros.

However, to break it down into food macros

- for lean protein only: kangaroo, or tuna
- protein fat combos: salmon or omega 3 eggs
- carbs: butternut squash
-fiberous carb: spinach
