Canadian cops aren't real cops, like bad-ass American ones. They're modelled after British cops. Mainly based upon "hey, please don't do that" type philsophy of crime-fighting. Canada has so many liberal socialist rules, "people's rights" and police watchdogs, cops can't even touch you without having to face a tribunal afterwards.

All that low self-esteem and insecurity i'm sure leads them to go astray. It'd drive me nuts too watching criminals get away with everything.
