This is a continuation to my other thread where I was working with an HRT (Clinic A) clinic and the police came and confiscated my AAS because I did not have a legit doctor-patient relationship.

To prevent myself from getting into trouble again, I went to another clinic (different state, Clinic B) and did a ton of research to make sure that are legit and insisted that I see their doctor face-to-face. Clinic B indicated that they are a true medical office not some fly-by-night operation. They have a satellite office nearby which I visited.

I did the following:

1. Personally saw the doctor where we talked for a good 2 hours where he did a physical examination and took my vitals.
2. I provided the doctor with my lab results that I done prior to start HRT therapy. This is important, my baseline testosterone levels clearly indicate that I am out of the range (226) and that I have a medical neccessity for AAS.
3. I paid the clinic directly for this visit, not the doctor that I visited.
4. No prescription was issued to me during the dr. visit where I was supposed to call the clinic afterwards to see what RX the doctor wanted to prescribe.
5. I called later day and was informed that the doctor wanted to put me on Test E & HGH. I elected only Test E.
6. I ordered the Test E through their pharmacy that they do business with where I received the med's a couple of days later.

Now the police show up again at my work saying that I did a bad thing again. I explained my entire situation to them at work. I know you guys would say to tell the cop to take a hike but it was not that easy as I am at work and didn't want to jeopardize that or cause a scene.

The cops asked to do an inspection at my home where they went through everything. FYI, I have legitimet prescriptions for all my gear. During this inspection, I show them 3 bottles of Test E & 3 bottles of HCG. The Test E & HCG bottles were issued by a legit pharmacy.

The cop says that he is NOT going to charge me and wants me to answer further questions in a few days in front of grand jury & district attorney which I believe for their on-going investigation of the HRT clinics & pharmacy. The cop leaves me with all my bottles of Test E but takes only ONE of the HCG bottles (Clinic A issued) that I had from an earlier RX working with the other HRT clinic that I suspect are not on legit level. To summarize, cop leaves me all Test E bottles and 2 out of the 3 HCG med's.

My questions are:

(1) Cop says that he is NOT going to charge me and still left me my AAS. I think I'm out of the woods, what do you think?
(2) Questions in front of the Grand Jury, is something to be concerned about?
(3) Where did I break the law?
(4) This is the 2nd time that I received a visit from the cops. The only commonality is the pharmacy; Clinic A & B use the same pharmacy. I know Clinic B keeps good records & protects them, so how did the cops find out about this again? I'm thinking they are investigating the pharmacy since he seems only focused on RX issued by this pharmacy.

This is frustrating the hell out of me and also wrecking my nerves. I certainly don't deal or abuse the AAS and am looking to treat my medical condition in the best way possible, that's it! Bottom line, what did I do that is illegal or unethical that criminal action can be taken against me?

im no expert but the advice i can give is cops can lie, do not trust them. You might want to get a lawyer and explain the situation to them, they would know alot more then anyone else on here. Sounds to me like you are the one being fucked here by the medial practitioner so it should be there fault they prescribed you the AAS, not yours. its not like you held a gun to their head and said i want a script for test or your dead.

It is a double edge sword. You want to show that everything is legit, but then that sets you up for them to charge you with something. They were probably watching you after the first time they came at you, and saw that you visited the same pharmacy again.

That's exactly it. I don't have anything to hide. I thought I did everything by the book by seeing a medical professional, getting a legit RX, and having it filled at a pharmacy. I now know that the Fed's are trying to crackdown on these HRT clinics but it seems so unfair that someone that legitimately needs this medicine to treat a condition, they are fucking with me. Granted, I'm not complaining about the other benefits AAS brings but it is a matter of quality of life & pursuit of happiness.

It was funny how the cops kept on asking how many different doctors I was seeing, etc. I told them that it was my right to see how many and whoever I wanted to. I don't know if they are good/bad doctors until I establish a relationship with them and seeing where it goes.

I hoping that nothing will come over it. I have been on this board for several months now and having been reading the forums where if the cops have anything on you, they will arrest you on site and not leave the evidence behind.

Seriously something fishy here. who was charged with what? If you are "Supposedly supposed to be testifying in front of a Grand Jury who is the defendant and that is a serious branch of the judicial system. Secondly if he took one bottle of HCG he probably needed it for himself I can not see any reason whatsoever for a cop to leave you with "harmful substances" and take only one hcg? Something seems seriously wrong with their procedure and if you get a good lawyer you may be able to set things straight and have the officer reprimanded. I certainly hope you got his name and badge number!!

As an update to my situation....

I met with the DA and cop to answer some more questions. I was questioned in front of the DA but only as a witness. The DA indicated that they are going after the big fish (HRT & Pharmacy) and will not charge me. I answered all their questions and fully cooperated with them being as honest as I could. I left the DA's office with no charges and hopefully this is all behind me.

What is sad about this is that I was trying to do everything by the book. The situation almost forces people to go to illegitimet means to get the med's they need. How ironic.

I had two different HCG scripts. The only HCG that the cop took was the one that the Clinic A issued. The others, he left with me. By the way, in NY HCG is a controlled substance.

These were local cops but were going after clinics out of state. I would be careful with anyone using an HRT clinic right now as the cop said that this bigger that anyone thinks.

Since this is an on-going investigation, I am limited to what I can say. All I can advise anyone in using an HRT clinic is make sure that you do your homework and find out if they are legit:

1. Have a patient-to-doctor relationship (face-to-face). Make sure that the doctor interviews thoroughly, takes vitals, reviews your lab's, etc. If the doctor is not writing any of this down, be skeptical. By the way, it is illegal for a doctor to prescribe controlled substances without a legit face-to-face doctor/patient relationship.
2. This clinic operates in a very similiar manner as any other regular doctor office. If they don't, be skeptical.
3. Establish that you have a medical necessity for the AAS. If you have normal/high levels and the doctor still prescribes AAS to you, the script is not valued and you broke the law.
4. Insist upon using a pharmacy of your choosing (Walgreen, Rite Aid, etc.). If the doctor is forcing you to use their pharmacy, I would be skeptical. Illegal kick backs maybe occuring.
5. If this doctor is a pediatrician or any other that is not familiar with AAS, be skeptical. Doctors that I have seen that have experience in this manner are internists, urololigists, endo's, DO's, etc.

Let me tell you what fellows, even though I was never charged, this experience has changed me forever. I am constantly looking over my shoulder to see if the cops are following me. I have alot to loose as I am sure you others do as well. One arrest can fuck up your job, financials, marriage, rights (can't own a firearm), etc.

I'm not looking to cause waves and just want this thing to pass over. If they do decide and want to charge me at a later date, I will fight to the end.

Some of these guys know what they are talking about and I would strongly suggest that take their advice.

These cops and this DA are not your friends, and they, SURE AS SHIT, won't become your friends because you cooperate with them. You have no idea what their intentions are, and I wouldn't bank on the idea that this is behind you. You never know, they may want to charge you with something just for the damn hell of it. This DA is not to be trusted anymore than the cops are. In order to get what they want (whatever it is), they will use you and fuck with you in any way they think they can get away with. And, don't think that because you cooperate that everything will turn out alright for you. Don't say anything else and get an attorney. Let that attorney represent you in this matter.

With regard to this situation, give these things some thought:

1) Like you said, how did the cops find out about your prescriptions? That's supposed to be protected by patient-doctor confidentiality.

2) What aren't they telling you about this situation? It sounds to me like they are keeping you in the dark and using you against whoever this is and yourself without you even knowing it.

3) You have no idea that if some point they want to build a case against you. The more cooperate, the more ammunition you give them.

I too was approached recently in NY by "local" police detectives. They asked me about where I got my gear and how I learned about these places. I told them to call my lawyer and let him tell them. They asked if they could come in my house and I told them that tehy could go in my lawyers office. Finally they said they know I received packages recently. I asked them what was in those "packages" ? Before closing the door I told them it was the holiday season and I'm sure they receive packages at their house too. In light of this can someone tell me wtf is going on lately and who to avoid so that I do ...."getbustedagain"?

Have someone get you a P.O. box in there name and give you the key. You can even pay for the po box a year at a time so it won't cost them anything and neither of you will have to be in contact with anyone. Your mail won't be in there name and they want be picking it up so they have no worries. Don't file a change of address just let specific mail go to the box. on larger packages the post office will put a pick up slip in your box. you take that slip to the desk. you will be asked to sign for it but I have never had to show id. or just have it delivered to a different address and name. Your address is what has been flagged if anything. just some ideas.

How big was the cop that took the HCG? If they needed evidence for something like that they would have taken it all to have more of a case not just one vial. Hopefully your lawyer asked where that bottle is? By the way Cops are at the top of the list for aas use. Second is fireman it think.

What do you do when the cops go to that person and ask him why he has been getting steroids mailed to his box for x number of times. That person will be in a bad position. Not exactly a no worries situation. Assuming that person is someone you know cause I can't imagine a stranger do that for you he is either going to have to give you up or go down for it.

You fucked up big time. Because you didn't execute your rights because you were at work, you totally fucked yourself from step 1. Because of your helpful demeanor they pressed you further while conning you into believing that they won't charge you when the truth is they have up to 7-10 yrs to charge you with a crime iof they want. The cooperation that they asked of you was another mistake. By giving consent to search your home they have extra ammo to use against you in court now. If they didn't have much on you before-they sure do now. Good job dumbass!!! As far as the reasons the cops are giving you for their investigation I'd say it's 90% bullshit. Cops often ruse you into thinking they're investigating something else other than what they tell you to get you to open up even more. Even if the cops aren't lying to you, you still have to be concerned if/when the feds come in. They didn't make you any promises(yet) so why shouldn't they bust you? Especially since they now have a police report from the locals stating how you knowingly/admittedly possessed AS in your home. As far as the grand Jury goes, (if they aren't lying to you), plan on spending hours upon hours of your time testifying in legal depositions putting the so called "kingpin" behind bars. If he's a dangerous criminal you could get whacked-or at least be under protective custody/surveilance until the trial is over. If it's really the Drs theyre after this probably won't be a concern-but ya never know. Drs have big $$$ and if you know the right people you can have someone whacked for a pizza and a 6 pack. Of course the number of people willing to do this increases exponentially as the price offered to do the hit gets higher-and Drs are usually loaded-food for thought.

OK, now that I've told you what a moron you are, here's your options.

1. pray that it's over quick and that if you do get charged with all of the things you incriminated yourself for and it's just probation. Pray the don't recharge you again to squeeze more 411 out of you in the future Even if you get off-expect a call from the cops anyway. They think you're soft, so they'll keep asking you for 411 until you tell them to fuck off.

2. Hire a criminal lawyer-which is gonna run you about $5000 retainer to take your case and likely another $5000-$15000 if it goes to trial-and there's still a chance you could lose. This is still your best bet at this point. If $$$ is a problem you get a public defender that like plays golf with the DA every weekend(think about it-they' both on the same payroll)so don't plan on getting a killer plea bargain out of it.

Next time make a scene at work and exercise your constitutional rights. It amazes me how many guys commit crimes involving AS and they are clueless about the charges or how to respond to the cop knock on the door. I love how guys believe that cops are straight up. FYI-the only time a cop is not allowed to lie is in court, and even then they still will lie under oath if they want the case to stick bad enough.

He's right. I don't care if they catch you with 10 bottles of test in your pocket with your name stamped on them-you deny ever knowing that they were there. Remember, it doesn't matter how guilty you "look" to the cops, it still needs to be proved in court. Therefore you are best off denying any knowledge of the contents of your pocket regardless of how guilty you "look" at the time. Sure the cops will get pissed that you're lying. Let them be pissed. You're already fucked. They're trained to be that way so you'll be scared into admitting guilt and fucking yourself out of a fair trial. Once you fess up, you'll be less likely to get a plea bargain, or at least one that you can live with.

6. I ordered the Test E through their pharmacy that they do business with where I received the med's a couple of days later.

Now the police show up again at my work saying that I did a bad thing again. I explained my entire situation to them at work. I know you guys would say to tell the cop to take a hike but it was not that easy as I am at work and didn't want to jeopardize that or cause a scene.

The cops asked to do an inspection at my home where they went through everything. FYI, I have legitimet prescriptions for all my gear. During this inspection, I show them 3 bottles of Test E & 3 bottles of HCG. The Test E & HCG bottles were issued by a legit pharmacy.

The cop says that he is NOT going to charge me and wants me to answer further questions in a few days in front of grand jury & district attorney which I believe for their on-going investigation of the HRT clinics & pharmacy. The cop leaves me with all my bottles of Test E but takes only ONE of the HCG bottles (Clinic A issued) that I had from an earlier RX working with the other HRT clinic that I suspect are not on legit level. To summarize, cop leaves me all Test E bottles and 2 out of the 3 HCG med's.

My questions are:

(1) Cop says that he is NOT going to charge me and still left me my AAS. I think I'm out of the woods, what do you think?
(2) Questions in front of the Grand Jury, is something to be concerned about?
(3) Where did I break the law?
(4) This is the 2nd time that I received a visit from the cops. The only commonality is the pharmacy; Clinic A & B use the same pharmacy. I know Clinic B keeps good records & protects them, so how did the cops find out about this again? I'm thinking they are investigating the pharmacy since he seems only focused on RX issued by this pharmacy.

This is frustrating the hell out of me and also wrecking my nerves. I certainly don't deal or abuse the AAS and am looking to treat my medical condition in the best way possible, that's it! Bottom line, what did I do that is illegal or unethical that criminal action can be taken against me?

Make sure all your legal gear is out of the house, keep the scrips with you. If you can afford it get a referral attourney from legal muscle book. Prepaid legal is a pyramid scam. Good lokk finding represenation when you need it. Look them up on the Better Business Bureau and see what others have had to say about them. ummm.. you get what you pay for.

Yeap. You can say that about your box in your name. So you basically gambling that the guy says see my attorney. We know to do that but most people will fold in a flat second and give you up especially when intimidated by police for something they have not even done. Just sounds like an unnecessary loose cannon in there if you ask me. On top of that I wouldn't put someone else in that difficult position to maybe have to lie for me.
