Well, if I watch the video, I may change my mind, but from the pictures I saw, This had nothing to do with race, and the kid was resisting.

What will be interesting is whether or not the officer ever had a history of excessive force in the past.

But, it seems to me, that if they were not breaking the law then none of this would have ever happened.

I am amazed at all of the armchair cops here. I for one can tell yo that a person in cuffs can be quite deadly. How many of you have restrained an indivdiual hell bent on fighting? In cuffs? I thought not. That kid got whooped on because he was fighting, period. Also, How is it racist when black cops were helping to subdue him?

If he was fighting then they secured him to the ground and got the cuffs on him. From that point on there seemed to be no resistance from the kid. So why continue to punch the kid instead of just putting him in the car, cause he fucked up thats why. Black hate on black all the time

The reasons race is an issue is because whites have made it an issue---Recall, Rodney King, Diallo, racial profiling by police officers.

When a few rogue cops stop singling African-Americans out, then the race issue will----disappear.
