Pls advice me on my 4th cycle.

I prefer to start TRENBOLONE ACE at 100mg/eod

Wk1to6-Test Prop 50mg eod
Wk1to6-Tren Ace 100mg eod

But if you want to lose weight and become leaner, you should keep the TRENBOLONE ACE at 100mg/ed

Wk4to8- Tren ACe 100mg ED

tren should not be run unless the person has a solid base. hell no AAS should be run if they have no base, but tren for sure should be avoided.
 
if your stats are accurate it tells me you had little to no muscle mass on your frame when you started.. 5 5 and 160 pounds with 29% body fat means if you strip the fat you weigh almost nothing.

your goals are what exactly? what you are doing is not bodybuilding.. its just fluctuating your body fat around using stims and thyroid meds. what you should have done to start was fix your diet and training. i'm 100% certain you don't need steroids at all here, you just need to improve your diet and training

Yes i'd admit i was rushing to lose fat in the beginning. However when I started, I knew the importance of diet was going to get me where I am and not the chems. I'm really happy with my results now and it is amazing how the chems+diet+intense training and cardio 4 times a week took me to where i am now.

I really appreciate your response man. Yes i clearly know the sides of using all these stuff. My goal is to compete next year at my local bb show and i will do whatever it takes even it means death, to bring the trophy home.
 
yes i got all the stuff on hand including tren ace. but it just to further lower the bf and change my physique. im gonna start test/tren/masteron and HGH with igf-1 next year to prepare for the comps. =)

thanks for your advice noe pat. I will start my tren ace at a low dosage first.

whats the rush? you are still young.. you got plenty of time to compete.

i'm still trying to figure out why you want overnight results so badly. you've got decades of bodybuilding ahead of you.

That is one of the most ridiculous things I've ever heard. You want to take whatever risk possible (including death) to jump on stage and take home a plastic trophy?

Don't rush into it. It all takes time. I never touched juice until 35, and I entered my first show just 4 months ago at 38. Be smart and put your health first, and be responsible.
 
also i will add had your diet and training on par you wouldn't be 5 5 160 pounds at 13% body fat. that is really small bro in terms of muscle mass.. which means if you comp'd down to 8% you would be like 145 pounds or so... . i am about your height and your body fat and i clock in at 202 right now (click my profile for a pic) and I don't consider myself even close to being contest ready.

you are jumping into steroids head first without any knowledge of how to train or diet right.. there is no way around that fact.

what will happen and this is 100% a certainty is you will end up injured and set yourself back. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uMhtXU_x69g << check out this guy.. started steroids with 0 base. and now look.. injured .. he been juicing a year straight and you can't even tell.. why? cause he didn't learn how to train or eat before he jumped in.

Do u suggest I should compete in 2015 instead ?

Nah its just s motivation for me to stay focus on my goals. I already started and I cant stop now. I will take things slower. Oh btw I had my blood done last week still waiting for the results.

i suggest you build a proper base before touching steroids. but if you don't want to listen then that is your decision as a man. just remember my advice about injuries so that when they start piling up you will understand why.

Everyone says to build a proper base but what does a proper base mean ? What defines a proper base and how accurate is a base proper before a user is good enough to use aas ?
