Im not new to powerlifting , but i am new to west side style training ( ive read almost every WS article available on the net ) . I just want to see what some other guys are doing to see if i got this stuff straight .
I appreciate any responses .

thanks for the responses , i guess im not far off from 1-dawgs workout .
Dawg , Is your Sp bench weight based on hitting a meet lift on the low 500# range ? ( Im shooting for the high 400 to Low 500# and I currently am doing my speed day at #255, Ill be adding chains after week 3 )
 
your speed weight is based off of yoru meet pr. Don't get so hung up on weight for that day -- bar speed is the key. When I hit 501 I only used between 205 and 225 for bar weight, and at that time I didn't use bands or chains.
