Not mine - a friend of mine's. She's 26, a marathon runner, eats fairly well, doesn't weight train, generally healthy lifestyle though. She had her annual health check here in Japan, but can't understand what the results mean, and doctors here don't explain that sort of thing.
They said she had protein in her urine. What does that mean?
T-Cholesterol level was 149
HDL: 62
Triglycerides (?) 38
These numbers are low to normal. Apparently a suggestion of "too low" was made ... is that possible? What would be a reason for that and are there any health consequences for blood lipid levels being too low?
