Please help me out with this cycle I am going to give you everything
Currently
Right now I am at 5’7 183 around 12%
Usually eating 2500 Calories working out 4 days a week with cardio 2x a week...seam to be staying at the same weight with this diet. (I track my diet with a great palm program so these numbers are pretty accurate) Kind of naturally bulking for the last 2 weeks
Protein- 290
Carbs- 140
Fats -83
Workouts
At the moment 9-12 sets for big Muscles and 6-8 for smaller ones
Day1 Back/ Traps + bi’s
Day 2Chest
Day 3 Rest
Day4 Legs/ Abbs
Day5 Rest
Day6 Shoulders/Tris
Been switching up reps and exercises very often going 100% sore after every work out
WHAT I WANT TO DO AND WHERE I NEAD HELP
Cycle history 4 cycles Test Decca and test eq never over 600mg
CYCLE PLAN:
800mg a week test 600mg a week eq 9 weeks then primo at 200 mg to bridge but that’s way later. I have armidex and already started .5 a day leading up to my first shot next week
Cycle question
1.Armidex…is .5 p/d sufficient? ? I am Very UNPRONE to gyno but never have went this high in doses…………I used 600 mg of test and 400 eq with .25 of arimi and was fine think .5 will be good ?????
I have multiplied my weight by 20 and came up with 3660 Calories. So this is what I am planning to judge my cals on. I am shooting for 350 G of protein
Diet questions:
1. Is 3660 cals enough or would you go higher
2. Where should my crabs and fats be at ?? ???
Work out
I plan to move to five days giving arms there own day since they are lagging. I want to move all sets up to about 15 for bigger body parts and 8-10 for smaller
I also plan to go heavy in the 4, 6 , 8 rep range
Work out questions
1. 15 sets to much ?????? always to failure
That’s about it………….I want to get to as close to 200 as I can any comments would be greatly appreciated.
