I have never done a cycle of any steroids, so I don't have first hand experience to impart to a friend who seems to be dead set on trying it.
First of all, it is her male trainer at the gym who is trying to push her to do a cycle of Winny. Personally I think it's horribly irresponsible of him to be handing her pills without also giving her accurate information to make an informed decision. He has told her that it "sucks the fat out of you" which is of course is why she is so intrigued. Even though I've never experienced Winny for myself, I've been around here long enough to know that neither Winny nor anything else besides liposuction can do that.
I don't know her stats, but I do know that she has not been working out for very long. Maybe for a year, but I think that's an overestimate. I think she also focuses more on cardio than weights. So from everything I've read, Winny isn't going to give her any gains without the training to go with it.
I don't want to tell her what to do, but rather give her the information she needs to make the decision for herself.
