Why do you think mitral valve prolapse is the culprit? None of the symptoms you are describing have anything to do with mitral valve prolapse. You may be describing a mild circulation issue due to atherosclerosis build-up in your arteries. What is your age? Are you a smoker?
I highly doubt I have artherosclerosis, I do not smoke and these symptoms have been present since I was 15 years old. I am 32 and extremely healthy. I have normal sexual function, but it can be easily thrown off by anxiety, much easier than most people. As a matter of fact, almost anything that negatively effects sexual performance seems to have a stronger effect upon me than others. I believe its because of dysautonomia from mitral valve prolapse syndrome because when I was 15 I took an echocardiogram for it because I thought I had it, and while the first echocardiogram was negative showing a normal heart, the second one I took at age 16 showed very mild mitral valve prolapse. Anxiety is one of the key symptoms of MVPS.
