I start my cycle next week and am having trouble eating enough. Here is what I eat on a good day,
7:00- 6 eggs scrambled (3 whole) I cup yogort or 1 packet oatmeal, 30g protein shake.
9:00- protein bar (21g protein 43 carbs) or 4 hard boiled eggs
12:00- Chicken breast, rice
2:30- 4 hard boiled eggs, or protein bar
6:00- Steak, rice or Chicken,rice
40g Protein shake
7:30-8:30 Gym
9:00 1 cup yogurt, 40g Protein shake
Is this going to be enough for a bulking cycle?? I'm 5'10" 195lbs.
