Please critique my cutting diet

Hi,

I'm going to do 2 months cutting, also I'm going to use AAS - test prop 100mgs EOD, winstrol - 50mgs ED.

My stats:
Age:25
weight:75kgs
height: 171cm
BF ~ 20%

Meal 1:
60g fiber 1 - nestle(General mills)
1 cup 1% fat milk
0.5 scoop whey protein optimum nutition

Meal 2:
250g 0.5% fat soft white cheese
2 slice whole wheat bread
1 tblspoon natural peanut butter.

Meal 3:
100g roasted chicken breast
200g brown rice/whole wheat pasta
Veggies

Meal 4:
2 0% fat diet yogourt sugar free.

Meal 5: (shake)
1.5 scoop whey protein optimum nutrition
25g dextrose

Meal 6:
Same as meal 2

Meal 7:
250g 0.5% fat soft white cheese
3 caps flax seed oil

How is my diet?

Eat some real food. I eat more in one meal then you do in this entire day when im cutting. Less isnt always better and most of your "meals" contain dairy as your main source of food....hmmm give it a bit more research

Btw your running anabolics on what a 500 calorie diet.....what are you getting in 50 grams of protein - up your intake, change up your foods, eat some some protein foods - no need to be on anabolics if your just going to starve yourself and feed yourself cheese all day

BTW Winstrol will not help you lose fat.....winstrol should be reserved for those already in the low bf% - most of its benefits will not be seen at that high of a bf

200g brown rice/whole wheat pasta/cous cous
2 0% fat diet yogourt sugar free

1 scoop whey protein
250g 0.5% fat soft white cheese
1/2 cup of Pineapple


Meal 5: (shake)
1.5 scoop whey protein optimum nutrition
25g dextrose

Here are some things I noticed that didnt make much sense to me.

Im american so 75KGS is roughly 165lbs, and your around 5'6 ish.

For starters, your taking drugs so protein should be atleast 165grams minimum.

Meal 1:
4-6 large whole eggs
60g fiber 1 - nestle(General mills)
1 cup 1% fat milk
1/2 cup of fruit (pineapple rocks)
1 scoop whey protein

I hate this meal, so much fat, tons of carbs, its like a fat storing meal.

Why not cut the Fruit and Cereal here, and stick with the protein and fats.
Meal 2:
1 scoop whey protein
250g 0.5% fat soft white cheese
2 slice whole wheat bread
1 tblspoon natural peanut butter.

Hmmm Once again alot of fat, and alot of carbs. Why not cut the PB, and add some low fat turkey, roast beef etc.

Meal 3:
100g lean meat
200g brown rice/whole wheat pasta/cous cous
2 0% fat diet yogourt sugar free
Veggies

Looks Good

last year I was on a diet similar to that w/o aas and made it down to 7% bf weighing in at 200 actually worked better for me to have more calories from Protein,fruit and grains as opposed to just protien and fats as i've tried in the past!!
i found that without the use of aas, strict protein and fat doesn't work for me!!

Hmmm Once again alot of fat fat is of little to no concern in cutting diets unless u r looking for an area to cut out excess calories, however the carbs are an area to cut immediately so u can tap into your fat stores. , and alot of carbs.
