1st post, wanted to see if i could get some feedback on the cycle that i started 2 weeks ago.

Stats:
- 5'10, 200lbs, 26yo
- 20% bf
- Goal is to get as shredded as possible

Cycle:
- 10 weeks test cyp @ 250mg
- var 60mg for 1st 6 weeks
- hcg weeks 8-12
- half dose aromasin e3d
- pct is nolva + clomid

Training:
- Did some light jogging 2 weeks before my first pin, but stopped that, i mean what's point if i have the juice?
- Currently lifting 2x per week, basically upper + lower split, doing some machines and light lifting

Diet:
- Since I'm trying to get shredded, I figured I would just eat as little as possible, my diet basically being the juice. Going to eat meat and vegetables everyday, but not going to count calories.

LOL you're killing me here man... Make it stop.. Are you trolling? I hope so...

If not, well, good luck :) gonna need it pal.

Bro let me save you some heat because your are about to get flammed. 20% bf is to high to start taking AAS. Get that down to around 12-14 which is all your diet and training. Your training is a joke right. Lifting 2 days a week and no cardio? No no no. Please research proper training routines and how to workout different muscle groups. And now your diet. Your solution to getting "shredded" is eat as little as possible and let the gear do the work? Oh boy on second thought you are probably going to get flammed

It's a great cycle but your priorities are absolutely horrible...

He makes a good point though.. If on the juice, what's the point of cardio and lifting more than 2x a week or even eating? The juice obviously does it all for you. Rips you to shreds and stacks on lbs of muscle without any extra effort. I've been trying too hard all this time

I am not going to tell you what to do, it's your life and you can do what you want but I will give you my 2 sense.

1)the truth is if you run this cycle you will add "some" muscle and if you are in a deficit you will most likely drop some fat.
2)You could actually count cals and macro's and skip the gear and have comparable results.
3)IMHO if someone uses gear they should have their diet completely in check. meat and veggies are great but to what end. Do some research on macros. Don't waste the money if you are not going to do it right.
4)There are some mistakes with your cycle but i really don't feel like getting into them all.
5)If you have been training for a decent length of time and have a solid base you can easily drop 25 lbs naturally over 3 months and probably be where you want.
6)If you drop cals to low, you will lose plenty of muscle EVEN WHILE ON.
7) there are literally thousands of online resources for you to research before you ask these types of questions.

Either way good luck.

But that would mean he would have to actually work hard at this

This is like the 4th new thread started with just plain dumb questions with people doing absolutely no research. I remember I first joined I think it was like a month before I even posted anything. I just read and read and did research on everything I had questions about. Now it seems like people just join and fire off what's on their mind without doing any kind of research
