I am hoping for some clarification on an issue:
Can the sugars in fruit, (fructose) be stored in the muscles?
I know they get metabolised in the liver first, but can then be stored in muscles?
If they can't, it would seem that eating fruit would be a pretty quick way of getting fat (do any veggies contain fructose?)
