Plats!!! Who the hell are we??

Bob, 44, MiddleAgedFatMan getting back on track.

Technology/Security/Management consultant. Married, no children, and no children planned.

Lifted a lot in the late 80's/early 90's, and was in decent shape, planned my first bb contest for 93. Then I started my own business, had less and less time to lift. In 94 I set my PR's for bench, dl, and squat, but was already "filling out" and lifting less regularly. I've managed to work out off and on since then, and have kept a decent amount of strength. But I gain bodyfat really easily, and, well..."MichelinMan" would be a good nickname.

I've set a goal of shrugging off those 15 years by my 45th birthday in next December.

PG. 25. 5' 10" 195 lbs 10-12% BF. Finally coming around, and ready to do the damn thing.

Married. No kids. Plan for kids one day.

US army. Surveyor, Drafter, Soils Tech. Currently in Kuwait after a year long deployment in Iraq. Matter of fact, tonight SHOULD be my last full night in the middle east (thank God :))

Civillian work: Gym manager/personal trainer.
Was: Carpet layer, sattelite installer, brick mason, landscaper, corrections officer, marina manager, kitchen manager, factory worker, warehouse, Etc.

I am fairly new to the whole BB thing, but I plan to start competing in the next couple of years.

32 yrs old
6ft 6in tall 350
Occupation : Welder/Fabricator

I have been lifting since high school, but about 4 years ago, I hurt my back in a car accident, and I was recently cleared by my MD to lift heavy again.

I am trying to get back down to about 245 (where I was before) - I've gotten back on track with all my old ways (eating clean, cardio, lifting) and I'm looking forward to getting back all that I've lost.

I'm sure a lots changed since the last time I was here, and the last time I was cycling, so I could "sure" use eveyone's input on some future questions I might have.

Thanks in advance,
ItlnStln

Ok, I guess it's my turn. I am 38 ( kinda feels old in here) Been lifting my whole life, just tryin to get bigger. Had a few good cycles. Benched in competition for awhile, few trophies. Sore elbows and torn tendons. Now I just lift for size.
I work for a company based in England, I live in NC. I travel the world doing inspection work at power plants, oil and gas refineries etc. i have 3 kids, oldest 21, youngest 17. Now am a grandfather.
I love riding Harley's. I own a custom chopper and a few other toys, corvette and a redneck truck. lol
O'yea... stats, I am 5'8" 210 lbs. Don't know the bf %. I'm not fat by any means.
Guess that's pretty much it.

I'm 24 years old. I am the Director of Development for a Custom Web Development firm. I've been programming since I was 7. I'm 6'4" 260 lbs and love wrestling and MMA. I was born without an ACL in my left knee and my entire left leg is somewhat deformed and has caused me to walk bow-legged all my life, but somehow it gives me freakishly abnormal strength in my legs and even in high school I was able to leg press > 1000 lbs.

I'm happily married to my beautiful wife who I've been with since my Junior year in high school.

Besides programming/computers and lifting, my hobbies would include close-up magic, mixed martial arts, and cooking

Hey everyone,

I am 27 years old, married for 5 years, have a 4 yr old daughter and a 6 year old German Shepherd (see avatar - my Honey girl). I have been working out pretty hard for about 3 years. Never done any unnatural supps. I like to keep "a-breast" (pun intended) of the latest fitness advances. I have a few pics in my gallery if you want to see who I am. I am an AFLAC agent by trade, and that's about it. I'm rather boring otherwise. I do like to watch pro-wrstling, though. It helps that my uncle is a WWE Hall of Famer. I'm trying to get in the business, but it's hard - I don't want to ask my uncle for help 'cause I don't think that would get much respect. Oh well, talk to you guys later.

Well what the hell, I'm 35 live in colorado grew up so. cal. own a small trucking company, we haul water to the natural gas drill rigs up in the rockies, 4wheelin with semies, it's a blast. I'm kicking around some ideas for my next cycle. I'm thinking, sus 500mg a week, deca 300mg a week for 10 weeks with winstrol 100mg e.o.d and tren 75mg e.o.d. for the last 6 weeks with good P.C.T. I'm thinking get some good size, cut it up and keep it. What do think?

Hey, What's up, board? This username represents my brother and I. We are here for the sole purpose of taking our training to the next level. I, myself was a member of this board years ago under a different username. But I never posted. I was just a newbie and knew that I had a lot to learn, so instead I chose to read, read, and read. I was in college then, but I had two different injuries that caused me to have surgery on the same body part twice. When I could no longer play football, I slowly worked out less and less and became less motivated to train. I now know that I'm only happy when I train. My brother is going to start college soon. He has been training with me over the past few years, and he has great talent. With the right priorities he will surely be a professional ball player.

I am currently a college student, will be graduating next semester and either moving to the Tampa Bay area in Florida or taking over the family land development business.

I began to educate myself at the age of 17 on the topics of training and nutrition. I basically read everything I could get my hands on. I feel I developed a solid base of knowledge and have made constant improvements to my physique. When I began weight training in the basement of my parents home I was 6'1 and a whopping 135 lbs. Currently I am preparing for a photoshoot (I will post the pics). My current stats are 6'1 205 around 9% bodyfat. Ideally I need to add ten more pounds of muscle to my frame. Thats the goal.

Hey all! I'm new to the site, just went Plat the day before yesterday. I'm from Houston, TX as well (I'm glad to see such a representation) but I'm currently stationed in Fort Rucker, AL. I'm an army pilot, my hobbies are my job and...nope, that's all I have time for, my job. My beautiful wife and I have a 3 yo son and another on the way. I have been working out faithfully for 2 1/2 years now and am finally showing some (very little) but some increase in size. I'm just lucky that my wife is understanding enough to let me try at least one cycle. We'll see how it goes...
I look forward to getting to know you guys better as time goes on, thanks!

I live in Friendswood Texas, just south of Houston. Im 36, married with 3 Kids. Im a chemical operator. My hobbies are working out, baseball, football, motocross, and anything else with the famliy. Just joined this sight a week ago, people here have really helped me out.

From Pennsylvania, female, 30, work in mental health/mental retardation. Not married, not kids. 4 dogs, 1 cat.

Great thread, great idea. I'm 34 and I'm an independant financial advisor. I'm a 1 handicap and a teaching pro at a golf course here in Florida. I joined this site a while back to get as much knowledge as possible (and there's plenty of it) about gear. I have only done one cycle in my life, sus (500 per week) with winny the last 4 weeks. On top of raising a family, working, and golfing, I work out 3-4 times per week. I'm looking for something to "give me an edge" but I don't know what, how, or when to do it. I've been reading up on HGH and very inclined to believe it's the way I should go. I want to stay lean and mean, and get some damn relief from sore shoulders

Total props to the board and the peeps who roam here.

I'm Box, (that's what my friends really call me) and I'm in a transition right now, getting ready to move to TX or OH. For the most part I'm new to elitefitness, and am working on getting back into shape. I'm probably at like 28-30% bodyfat, and it's the worst I've been yet!! for the last 8 months, I've been working out, dieting like hell and have lost a wopping 5 pounds, and can barely tell a physical difference, but have gained a lot of strength. Years ago I tried a beginners cycle, but that was years ago. Now that I'm 30, I decided to give another go at it, so have already tried to order from two websites that totally ripped me off. After scanning through the boards for a couple of weeks, I realized there is an ASSLOAD of wisdom here and people who really know what they're doing!!! Some of the forums are just plain hilarious too!!! The people on here are also some of the coolest, most helpful people of any bodybuilding website that I've tried!!!

from florence,sc. im a mortgage broker, im 22 and like surfing (ab 30 mins from myrtle beach) girls, guitar, lifting, juicin, making money, working, my jeep, and thats about it. good thread btw.

Guess I should formally introduce myself.

I'm female, 25, live in northern VA, work as an investment banker in DC. No husband, no kids, no pets. Likes: being active and outdoors, the arts, sports; dislikes: this white death (snow) outside my window right now, and DC traffic.

I'm 26 and this is my first post. I've been here for a while just reading tons of the posts and learning what I need to know to start my first cycle. I will grad. college this May. I play Rugby and lift weights with all my free time. I'm moving to So. Cal. in June.

Im a 39 Year old Englishman living in Madrid Spain since I was 11. I do strange stuff to file servers and networks for a living. As the companies normally want to work during office hours I tend to have to do it at stupid hours of the evening or at weekends. In the time left I Lift.
My interests are my family , Freudian Theory and Welding , among other stuff. Im not as totaly nerdy as most tech guys, but nearly :p

My mom (RIP) died when I was very young. Have 2 older brothers and 2 sisters.

I work for myself....me and my older brother run a family business which I've been doing for about a year now.

My interests are bodybuilding & fitness, martial arts (which I've been doing on and off since I was 4), movies, music, reading and travelling.

I've been bodybuilding for about 2 years now naturally, although I am soon to do a first cycle (hopefully).
