I need to build some endurance but I can't afford to lose weight AT ALL, infact i'm trying to gain as much as possible.

Whats a good way to build endurace without loosing weight\burning too much calories
 
to build endurance in the powerlifting world you just have to eat alot more than you usually do so you won't lose weight and put it on. about the building endurance try sled dragging and your endurance comes from DE days.
 
Well its really not for lifting, I have no problem with lifting and endurance...I want it for wrestling because a few friends and I have a backyard UFC type of thing and endurance is a problem for me
 
Competed natiionally in Martial Arts for years...nothing got you in fighting shape like fighting. Not running, sled dragging...nothing but fighting.

I was going to say exactly what Btrue said.

It's a very specific sort of thing. Marathon runners don't train by jogging and vice versa. To gain endurance in something.......DO IT.
