lol ... pizza is a cheat food ... if you eat a whole one by yourself, which I do. You are right ... I do feel like crap though, but I need it every now and again for my sanitary, and to feel normal.
I swear people think that I am a freak of fuckin nature. I went camping last weekend, and was packing protien bars, and protien shakes, and all my vitamins and supps, while my girlfriend and everyone else was packing beer and chips and smokies. When I got there I said fuck it .... and drank beer and ate smokies while there. A lot of the doods there where like .. why the fuck are you eating that shit on a camping trip (when I was making a protien shake for breakfast), then when I see these guys with their shirts off ... I knew they didnt understand! lol... I did crack all last weekend, and actually gained 3lbs over the weekend. It was my last binge for a while though as I started a cycle on Monday, and havent been on for over 1 year. Feelin great now. My diet is 100% when on. No pizza for me now till I am done (5 more weeks) lol..
