pinz laws in South FL

So I went to a publix and asked the lady in the pharmacy if I needed a prescription for syringes and pins in FL. She told me the law changes by county. In Dade and Broward county, yes you need. In WPB county, no prescription needed. I didn't know it can change from one county to anohter.

in tampa, orlando, lakeland, gainesville and alot of other places i know you dont have to. You just walk into publix, cvs, walgreens, or anywhere else you please and buy them...

never bought pins besides there in SoFlo...usually just get them online

LOL you know what's funny bro? I already went there a long time ago...somehow researching, somebody sent me to the same place. I remember the name and the address...lol But it went bad...I went in the morning while at work, with shirt, tie, pants plus the look of a big back and chest and sun shades. I was the whitest guy there and the lady denied everything. SHe told me she was out of pins, syringes and everything I asked for. Then the guy who refered me told me he was sure they thought I was an undercover cop. LOL I guess I need to dress different, walk different and perhaps hit the tanning bed? I'm a spic but definitely not like most of them in miami. lol

I went into a Pinellas county FL CVS drugstore and asked to buy one pack of 10 insulin pinz to shoot my HgH. I didn't tell the cashier at the pharmacy that, I just told her exactly what I wanted, and I knew what I was talking about. She asked me for a prescription for the pinz. I told her that in Florida you don't need a prescription for insulin needles. She then went to the pharmicist and asked him. He told her not to sell them to me. She said in the end it is totally up to the pharmacist if they will sell me the pinz without a prescription. So I just yelled at her and told the pharmacist I would just buy them online but I actually walked to the Wal-Mart (pharmacy inside there) n the same plaza and bought them there no problem.
