Do you live in the US?

It depends on the state laws.

In canada, I believe a pharmacy is obligated to provide syringes and needles if requestd.

Do you have any feed stores around? A place that has supplies for horses and cattle. I'm thinking our local feed store sales pins for injections for the farm animals.

"Here, stick this 18 ga. pin in the 'cows' ass."

18 ga? :worried:

lolol

In California, just walk into any drug store and ask the pharmacist for them. California law now allows pharmacists to sell syringes without a prescription. Just another reason I love CA!

It depends on your area. some places you can walk in a pharmacy and buy with no issues.
You could call some pharmacies near you and see what they say.

The law in my state will have you thrown in jail for drug paraphenelia for simply possessing a syringe and needle because it "proves intent to be guilty of felony drug possession and/or use" or some ridiculous crap like that.

I don't know about any other states but in order to charge one with drug paraphenelia in my state there must be residue or drugs with the equip.

One problem with buying local is people now know you use syringes.
Never know who is selling them to you. Thats the last thing you need is miss smarty pants 18 yr old behind the counter blabbing her mouth
" that big guy from the gym , yea man he came in and bought some syringes " then she tells one of the guys at the gym then its blasted everywhere.

If you buy local drive over a few towns to buy them.

Now, why wouldn't it be easier to get them online. They are cheap and anyone can order them. Your probably going to have a harder time getting them from a pharmacy depending where you live. So you don't want to have them shipped to your house and you have no other place to ship them to? Why not go get a postal box at a pak and ship place for $7.00 a month and have them shipped there, and any other drugs or paraphenalia you want.

what? when did this happen. I walked into walmart and a few other national chains for syringes about 5 months ago, they turned me away.

In Florida it's always up to the pharmacist in the end to sell you pins or not, even though it's legal to buy them without a prescription there. So if you go in looking all jacked like your on a gram or more juice a week, he just might deny you the sale. I always said it was for HRT and HGH. He said, "bring me a bottle of the HGH with the prescription on it". I said I can't, I get it from China. No sale that time.

I kinda figured that...Last time I used the vitamin b-12 excuse and didn't fly. I order my online, no biggie. But it shouldn't be up to the pharmacist in cali. I used to get my pins from a pharmacy wearing a wifebeater, sweats, and plaid flanel coat. I'd ask for exactly what I want, they would give it to me without any questions. That was in Utah of all places.

Best way about getting around the "they know what I am doing with them" is to have a girl buy them. I used to get them all of the time, although in my state you can only buy 10 at a time. I always the "to give my dogs injections" shmeal if they start to give me the eye.

You may have gotten blown off. Assert your rights.

Google: SB 1159

In 2004, Governor Schwarzenegger signed into law SB 1159, which allows California pharmacies, when authorized by a local government, to sell up to ten (10) syringes to an adult without a prescription.

I get 30 at a time at CVS! No questions asked.

Thats funny that Arnold approved the sale of syringes without a prescription so we can juice. Maybe he had a hard time getting them back in the day so he did something about it.

It all depends on your state laws. Even then, you may still have to go to a couple places until someone will sell them to you. Trust me.. I've gone through this. If they ask, tell them it's for B-12 injections. Some states allow you to purchase and carry up to 10 syringes.

i know insulin needles they have to sell em to you but the larger ones at least last time i checked you need a percription...unless laws recently changed

Just went into CVS to buy insulin pins for my diabetes. They said they wanted the doctor to call in or they wanted to see a perscription...

Great. I guess I'll just keep trying CVS's until I find one that will sell them?

Eh while this thread is bumped, anybody have any suggestions for me on good excuses to use? It will be a pain to go from pharmacy to pharmacy...and no, I cannot order online.

Syringes and needles laws go by county, not by state. Find out the laws in the next county and just cross the border. If not, try the local swap shop on sundays. The resharpen the ones used for heroin.

We have to be without question the most fucked up state in the whole nation!

You cant drive 15 with your windows down if music is playin without gettin pulled over, but we have the highest rate of prescription drug related auto accidents from all the damn old people. You cant Stand outside of a store for too long or they will give you a gang related loitering ticket, but you can buy syringes from the harmons pharmacy no questions asked....I really really hate UT

i dont know where you live but i walk into any local clinic and they hand over pins, syringes, alcohol swabs, sharps containers and even a information leaflet on how and where to inject. they even offer free consultations with a nurse to show you how to do an intramuscular injection. Its all free

Why would you need any excuse? Just be honest. If you have a prescription, you should have no problem. If they give you grief, have your doctor call them and get it on record.

If you don't have a prescription, then you have other issues.

Are you in the US? If yes, what state?

I found some at a feed store but they were 18 gauge, it doesnt bother me. But, then I found out I can just get them from the pharmacy with no RX. This varies by city.
