what needle should I use for delts guys? I have some 0.65 - 30mm 23G - 1 3/16 what do you think can I use those? thank you.

I use a 1 inch 25 gauge but i have big delts

i don't understand why guys want to get creative with this and use different sizes on different muscles.. too much bro science gets parroted.

25G 1 inch will work on any muscle.. if you are that fat where 1 inch isn't long enough then you shouldn't use steroids in the first place
