Hmm, I don't know if it's fake or not. A friend of mine is probably 270ish lbs.. 5'5'' maybe. She has a tiny little face, and in photos that are JUST of her face, and maybe neck.. part of her shoulder... She looks like an average sized girl. Very close in comparison to that girl.
